The High Dive is the level eight Toon-UpGag. It succeeds the Confetti Cannon. In order to gain the High Dive, a Toon must obtain a total of 14,000 Toon-Up skill points. To achieve the maximum heal amount of High Dive and reach the end of the Toon-Up Gag Track, a Toon must earn a total of 20,000 Toon-Up skill points.
