Reed is an NPC Toon located on Seaweed Street in Barnacle Boatyard. Players can sell fish caught while fishing to him.

Reed is a coral cat who wears the Fishing Hat, a blue Bottom Stripe shirt, and bright red Shorts with Belt.

• Reed is one of the few NPCs across Toontown to have a fellow NPC with the exact same name. This other Reed can be found in the Toon HQ located in the Daffodil Gardens playground.
