HQ Officer	"Ah, just the Toon I wanted to see!" "You've been doing a lot of great work for us here at the Brrrgh." "We were wondering if you could help us with just one more thing." "We've been receiving some strange reports regarding Cogs menacing shopkeepers." "That's not the weird part, though." "The weird part is that they're apparently not Cogs we've encountered before." "If C.O.G.S., Inc. is manufacturing new Cogs to do what a normal Cog could already do..." "The odds are that they've got something up their sleeve." "We have two shopkeepers that have complained about encounters with these strange Cogs." "If you could go talk to them and get some information, we at Toon HQ would really appreciate it."
Snowy Scape	"NO, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY STRANGE COGS LATELY." "I DIDN'T FILE ANY COMPLAINTS TO ANYONE ABOUT COG PRESENCE." "PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE." "Pssst! I'm being spied on by them!" "Get rid of them and then I'll tell you what I know!"
Snowy Scape	"Are they gone now?" "Okay, good." "So, it was these two big Cogs that came in." "One of them was fat and the other one wasn't." "They told me to give them 1,000 Cogbucks or they'd take over the store!" "I don't even have any Cogbucks!" "I don't remember their names, but I can tell you they were Skelecogs!" "I've never seen any Cogs like them before." "I waited until I knew they wouldn't come back and then filed a complaint." "Is that helpful? I don't know." "You have to get them out of the Brrrgh! Please!"
Shady Sadie	"Were you sent by Rocky?!" "WHAT'S THE SECRET CODE?!" "Nevermind, Toon HQ doesn't have a secret code." "Okay, so I was visited by three Skelecogs, as well as a strange tiny Cog." "The Skelecogs were fat, skinny, and buff Cogs, the bunch of them." "The tiny one had a round head and a monocle. He referred to one of the Skelecogs as "Sticks."" "They all threatened to take over my shop unless I paid them!" "The little guy mentioned something about joining a system, or else... anyway." "Then they took all of my Gags and said they'd be back in three days!" "I can't hold out until then!" "Tell Rocky or whoever it is over there that they have to take these Cogs down and fast!"
HQ Officer	"Okay, so let me get this straight." "There are multiple Skelecogs going around threatening shopkeepers." "This tiny other Cog is with them also?" "And he wanted them to join a system?" "This is very bad." "The only good news is that we're pretty sure we've located where they're operating." "There's this new shop that recently opened called "Mozzarella Styx Pizzaria," it's on Sleet Street." "The name would seem to match up with the "Sticks" person that Shady Sadie mentioned." "Go there and tell us everything you can find." "Maybe there are some Toons there that would know more."
HQ Officer	"You heard Cogs in the back?!" "You need to get a group of top-flight Toons and shut that down at once!" "After the C.L.O. raid, I trust that you're capable of taking down whatever is in there." "Good luck! We at Toon HQ have faith in you."
HQ Officer	"You did it?" "Excellent! The Brrrgh is safe, for now at least..." "I do worry about that "system" they were trying so hard to get going..." "Nevermind that, the immediate danger is gone." "I can't thank you enough for all the help you've provided us." "The least I can do is give you a Laff point for your troubles." "Thanks again. If you ever wanna talk, just stop by!" "I promise we won't give you a chilly reception."
