Cleff
Cleff is an NPC Toon who takes up residence in Notations located on Alto Avenue in Mezzo Melodyland.
Appearance
Cleff is a coral duck who wears a royal blue Plain shirt and bright red High Pockets shorts.
IOU
Cleff can be given out by Rain as a 3 Gag IOU from the V.P. boss battle. He boosts the power of the next three Throw Gags used by 30 damage.

Mezzo Melodyland - In Mezzo Melodyland's taskline Cleff appears in the following task: LaughTrack.mp3. Additionally, Cleff also appears in Banker Besties Kudos Board Rank-Up Task. His dialogue during these tasks is as follows:
"Ey there man, welcome to my shop!"
"You want my supplies for sound effects?"
"Sure, man. But they ain't free, you know."
"I want you to deliver a whole cream pie."
"No, not to me, man!"
"To the Toons all around town!"
"I've been a bit of a hoarder over the days with whole cream pies, and I got a surplus in my shop."
"So I'll tell you what, man."
"Take some of the pies and toss them to some other Toons."
"Once you finish that I'll have just one more thing for you."
"Cool runnings, [Toon Name]."
After throwing 10 Whole Cream Pies
"Thank you for sharing the love of whole cream pies, man!"
"Now, all I want for you to do is defeat the Cogs, one for every pie I gave!"
"And don't cut it short, man. Make sure you get the big nasty ones!"
"Then I will record sounds for the sound technician."

After defeating some Level 7+ Cogs
"Yo, I appreciate what you've done for me. But, before I can record the sounds, there are more pressing matters."
"I can't focus with all this racket outside the shop."
"I say, "HELLO, PLEASE KEEP IT DOWN," but they do not listen."
"These Cogs just keep making more and more buildings, disturbing the peace and distracting me."
"Please take out some of these buildings for me, I'll take my supplies over to Fran Foley while you're at it."
"Just head on over after. Thank you for your help, man!"
"Eyy, man! What's the rush?"
"Glue? Yeah, I got plenty! But you'll have to do something for me first."

Trivia
- Prior to the v1.2.0 update, when called using an SOS card in battle, Cleff would attack Cogs with a Whole Cream Pie that would split up into Cream Pie Slices when thrown at multiple Cogs. This attack would deal 75 damage to every Cog hit.
- Prior to the v1.3.0 update, Cleff was a 3-Star SOS Card who boosted the power of Throw Gags by 10% for the next 3 turns when called.
