Clumsy Ned is a citrine beaver who wears a light blue Bottom Stripe shirt and royal blue Shorts with Belt.
IOU
Clumsy Ned can be given out by Rain as a 3 Gag IOU from the V.P. boss battle. He boosts the power the next three Drop Gags used by 35 damage.
Trivia
- Prior to the v1.2.0 update, when called using an SOS card in battle, Clumsy Ned would use Drop on all Cogs in battle dealing 125 damage to each using Safes.
- Prior to the v1.3.0 update, Clumsy Ned was a 3-Star SOS Card who boosted the power of Drop Gags by 10% for the next 3 turns when called.
- Prior to the v1.2.0 update, Clumsy Ned was a Mouse.
