Cheats

When used, the Desk Jockey will summon more Desk Jockeys.

  • In the Toontorial, this cheat will first summon a single Level 1 Desk Jockey and will summon three Level 2 Desk Jockeys on its second use.
  • In the Prethinker fight, this cheat is handled by a Level 8.exe Desk Jockey. It will always use this cheat to summon levels 3-6 Desk Jockeys whenever there is space left for them to occupy.

Trivia

  • A desk jockey is an office worker who sits at a desk.
  • Desk Jockeys are the only Cogs without the Manager tag capable of using cheats.
  • The Desk Jockey was created by Professor Pete.
  • The Brianbot Desk Jockeys have patches made of metal instead of cloth. Their suit is also more faded in color.
  • Although the Desk Jockey is a Cog that is not apart of any Cog department, they are credited towards Bossbot ToonTasks.
    • They are seen with a Bossbot emblem in the v1.3.0 trailer and with a Bossbot bowtie on their Skelecog model in-game.
    • They also share the same attacks as Flunkies.
  • The Desk Jockey is the only Cog with two different suit patterns. Their upper body uses the Bossbot's stripe pattern, while their legs use the Lawbot's clear tuxedo pattern.
  • In the Partner QA Server for v1.3.0, the Toontorial Desk Jockey was a Level 10 instead of a Level 9.
    • This is likely due to Joybuzzer's damage being nerfed in the transition from QA to 1.3.
  • Up until the third Partner QA Session for v1.3.0, Desk Jockeys wore neckties rather than bowties.
  • Originally, Tutorial Tom was planned to be the one controlling the Desk Jockeys in the Toontorial from a computer.
  • The Desk Jockeys went through several different designs before their release such as a cardboard cutout of a Cog and a scarecrow-esque Flunky.
