Tutorial Tom is an NPC Toon who could be found during the Break The Law event. During the event he was named Ticket Tom to reflect his job of collecting Raffle Tickets.
Appearance
Tutorial Tom is a tan dog who wore the Lawbot Resistance Ranger outfit.

- Tutorial Tom is mentioned in the Fighting Fire With Fire blog post on the Corporate Clash website.
- Leading up to the Toonsmas 2020 event, numerous letters to Santa Paws from Toons around Toontown were shown off on the Corporate Clash Twitter. One of these letters was written by Tutorial Tom.

- Originally, Tom was planned to be the one controlling the Desk Jockeys in the Toontorial from a computer.
