Appearance
Stinky Ned is a brown duck who wears the Anti-Cog Control Hat, Flunky Glasses, a lime Plain shirt, and yellow Shorts with Belt.
IOU
Stinky Ned can be given out by Rain as a 3 Gag IOU from the V.P. boss battle. He boosts the knockback of the next three Lure Gags used by 15 damage.
Trivia
- Prior to the v1.2.0 update, when called using an SOS card in battle, Stinky Ned would Lure all Cogs in battle for 4 rounds using a Big Magnet.
- Prior to the v1.3.0 update, Stinky Ned was a 3-Star SOS Card who boosted the knockback of Lure Gags by 5% for the next 3 turns when called.
