Cindy Sprinkles can be given out by Rain as a 2 Gag IOU from the V.P. boss battle. She boosts the power of the next two Throw Gags used by 40 damage.

Toontown Central - In Toontown Central's taskline Cindy Sprinkles appears in the following task: A Taste of Toontown. Her dialogue during this task is as follows:
"Are you like, here for the cardio?"
"Oh! Like, you're actually here for something? Totally awesome!"
"Usually Toons come by cause like, Franz Neckvein or whatever tells them to for like, fun or something..."
"But um, I think I'd totally be down to help out Chef E.Z. Bake and Toons in the resistance. They're totally cool and all for helping out."
"But like, I was chatting up my friend and like, a few Paper Hands Cogs came in and totally took all of my ice creams...
"I was like "That's totally rude!" But they totally didn't listen."
"If you can like, go and get them back, I'll totally help you guys out!"

Trivia
- Prior to the v1.2.0 update, when called using an SOS card in battle, Cindy Sprinkles would attack Cogs with a Birthday Cake that would split up into Birthday Cake Slices when thrown at multiple Cogs. This attack would deal 110 damage to every Cog hit.
- Prior to the v1.3.0 update, Cindy Sprinkles was a 4-Star SOS Card who boosted the power of Throw Gags by 15% for the next 3 turns when called.
- Her dialogue mentioning Franz Neckvein telling Toons to come to her shop is a reference to the pre-revamp taskline which had Toons run down to her shop during Franz's task.
