Memo Mishap

Memo Mishap is a Directive available by talking to Judy in Lawbot HQ. It becomes available once a Toon has progressed their Shyster Cog Disguise to Level 12.

A Toon will unable to be promoted past Shyster Level 12 unless they complete this directive. However, they may continue to do Overclocked C.L.O.s and Regular C.L.O.s.
