The G.U.M.B.A.L.L. Machine is a device added in the v1.3.0 Update located in the Toon HQ of each Playground. Toons can use this machine to purchase a variety of Boosters, Cosmetics, and Profile items in exchange for a currency called Gumballs. Each Gumball Machine has its own set of Boosters available to purchase which resets daily.
The G.U.M.B.A.L.L. Machine interface has three separate tabs for Boosters, Clothing, and Social items in the form of buttons located on the right of the screen. When purchasing an item, a unique animation will display it. Players can click the "speed up" button in the bottom right corner to fast-forward through these animations.
Gumballs
Gumballs are a special currency obtainable through multiple methods, usually on a limited scale however. The methods of obtaining Gumballs are as follows:
- Completing Daily Tasks (150 per task completed)
- Defeating Manager Bosses daily for Sweeteners (varies per Manager, limited to 1,000 per week)
- Rank-Ups post Rank 10 on the Kudos Board (20-70 per Rank-Up)
Purchasable Items
Boosters
There are 6 Boosters available for purchase everyday, one always being the random Booster and another always being the Daily Booster. The Daily Booster is a Booster unique to a specific day in the week that coincides with the Weekly Holiday going on. For example, the Universal Merit Booster is only available on Monday to celebrate Merit Monday - an event where every Cog defeated during this time will reward 25% more Merits. Regular Boosters last 2 hours while Daily Boosters always last 8 hours.
Each Toon starts with 1 available Booster slot, with the ability to unlock 3 more at Kudos Level 3, 6 and 9 of the respective Playground of the G.U.M.B.A.L.L. Machine.
The G.U.M.B.A.L.L. Machine updates its list of Boosters daily at 12:00 AM Toontown Time.
