*The Cog Level Pool is the cumulative number of Cog Levels within the entirety of the battle, being split between both sides. Starting Cogs do not count towards the Cog Level Pool.
The First Cog Round
The boss battle begins with a cutscene showing Good ol' Gil Giggles, wearing a random Bossbot Cog Disguise, telling the Toons they will need different Cog Disguises. The Toons disguises are removed and they must fight various Waiter Cogs in order to take their suits.
Toons will then be split into two battles (or one if there are 4 or less Toons). Waiter Cogs will range from Levels 9-19 with one of the starting Cogs being a guaranteed Level 19. Waiter Cogs are no different than regular Cogs besides their unique white suits (with Executive Cogs still wearing black). The next round will begin once all Waiter Cogs have been defeated.
The Feeding Round
Once all Cogs have been defeated, the Toons put on the Waiter Cogs' suits and are ordered by the C.E.O. to serve the Cogs at his banquet.
In this round, Toons will be given 200 seconds to feed the Cogs seated at the banquet tables. Toons must grab oilcans coming from the conveyor belts located to the left and right sides of the entrance of the room. Toons should split into even groups to take care of each side. They must deliver them to the Cogs seated at the tables scattered across the room. Executive Cogs sit in front of the C.E.O. with some being scattered at farther tables. It is recommended that Executives are taken care of first since they have the highest amounts of health. Each Cog needs to be fed twice in order to be defeated.
It takes roughly 23–33 seconds for a Cog to finish an oilcan. Once fed, an oilcan icon will appear above the Cog's head. The icon will slowly fill red, indicating the amount of time left to finish drinking.
When finished, a stomach icon will appear. In this state, the Cog will be at half health. The Cog must be fed again in ~30 seconds to prevent them from getting upset.
If a hungry Cog is left unfed, they'll get upset and a lightning bolt icon will appear. This status causes the Cog to overheal, putting them at 200% HP. Feeding a Cog in this state will reset them back to half health once their oilcan is finished, and a second one will destroy them.
Any Cogs remaining after this round is over must be fought in the next round. Any Cogs on their second can of oil will be destroyed once the cutscene starts.
The Second Cog Round
Once the timer runs out for the Feeding Round, the C.E.O. realizes that the Waiter Cogs are actually Toons, causing the Toons to remove their disguises. The sclera of the C.E.O.'s eyes change to black and he then orders the remaining Cogs to attack the Toons.
Toons will then be split into two battles (or one if there are 4 or less Toons).
In this Cog round each side will start off facing a single Level 19.exe Big Cheese. If attempting this fight with 4 or less Toons the group will fight two Level 19.exe Big Cheeses instead of one. The remaining Cogs at the banquet tables will eventually join the battle ranging from Levels 11-17. The next round will begin once all Cogs have been defeated.
The C.E.O. Battle
Once all of the Cogs have been defeated, the final battle against the C.E.O. begins. Good ol' Gil Giggles returns to inform the Toons on how to attack the C.E.O.
The C.E.O. has 2400 health. During this battle, Toons can take on 2 separate roles: using Seltzer Bottles to attack or Golfing.
C.E.O. Attacks
The C.E.O. has multiple attacks he can use, with each attack occurring ~5 seconds after the previous one was started. He will also move freely around the Banquet Hall, targeting Toons on tables. Any Toons in his way will get knocked back, and Toons on tables will be flattened, unable to act until the C.E.O. moves away. Tables flattened by the C.E.O. will be unable to use until shortly after he moves away from them. A Toon targeted by one of the C.E.O.'s attacks will have ared exclamation point icon appear above their head. The following are the C.E.O.'s attacks:

Attacking the C.E.O.
Toons are required to jump onto the tables that were present in the Feeding Round and charge up the Seltzer Bottles in order to damage the C.E.O. The longer the Toon charges the bottle, the more damage and range the attack will have.
A shot fired while the bar is blue will deal 6 damage.
A shot fired while the bar is yellow will deal 12 damage.
A shot fired while the bar is red will deal 18 damage.
Holding the bar on full for too long will cause it to completely reset, dealing no damage.
Stunning the C.E.O.
Hitting the C.E.O. with an 18 damage shot has a chance to stun him. The chance to stun is increased based on how slowed down he is, indicated by how red his treads are from Toons' golfing. The chance to stun the C.E.O. caps at 80% and Toons will know they have successfully stunned the C.E.O. when they hear an 'Aoogah' noise. A stun lasts roughly 5 seconds.
While the C.E.O. is stunned, he will be unable to do anything for the duration. During this time, any Seltzer shots done to the C.E.O. will deal double damage (12 damage for a blue shot, 24 damage for a yellow shot, 36 damage for a red shot). This includes the shot that stuns the C.E.O. Additionally, if a player stuns the C.E.O. again while he is currently stunned it will extend the stun's duration. Once the C.E.O. is stunned he'll lose some of the golf points dealt to him, requiring the golfers to hit him more to bring him back to his slowest speed.
Golfing
At the front of the room are four golf balls colored purple, yellow, blue, and red. Toons can use these golf balls to hit the C.E.O. by charging a meter in a similar manner to the Golfing activity found in the Minigames Area. The meter has three different power levels just like the Seltzer Bottles.
Shots fired while the meter is blue will launch a short distance and deal 2 golf points.
Shots fired while the meter is yellow will travel farther and deal 4 golf points.
Finally, shots fired while the meter is red will travel very far and deal 6 golf points.
As the C.E.O. takes more hits from golfing he will get progressively slower and his treads will progressively get more red to indicate this. This slows both his movement speed and his attack speed making it much easier for Toons to dodge his attacks. It's recommended to have 2 to 3 golfers in a group to ensure that the C.E.O. is kept slowed down and to get consistent stuns.
Phase Changes
As the battle progresses the C.E.O. will change phases based on how much health he has remaining. These phase changes will increase his damage, speed, will cause him to lose an amount of golf damage dealt to him, and will slow down how quickly snacks are produced by the conveyor belts.
Various snacks on the conveyor belt
At 50% health remaining (1200 HP): The C.E.O. will enter his "Reorganize" Phase and will decrease the production speed of one of the conveyor belts, increase his attack speed and damage, and remove some of the golf damage dealt to him. This phase change can be visually indicated by the C.E.O. saying "It's time to reorganize" and throwing gears at the left side conveyor belts. This will also clear all current snacks that are on the conveyor belts.
At 25% health remaining (600 HP): The C.E.O. will enter his "Downsize" Phase and will decrease speed for the last snack conveyor, increase his attack speed and max damage even further, and remove more golf damage dealt to him. This phase change can be visually indicated by the C.E.O. saying "Now let's downsize" and throwing gears at the right side conveyor belt. This will also clear all current snacks that are on the conveyor belts.
Strategy
It is recommended that the majority of the players use the Seltzer Bottles to do continuous damage to the C.E.O,. However, at least two Toons need to be golfing in order to help slow down the C.E.O. as well as make it easier to stun him. More golfers make for quicker stuns at the cost of less damage being done consistently to him. It is helpful if players using Seltzer Bottles stay close to the golfers so that they are more likely to hit their shots as well as be able to hit him without requiring a full bar.
Occasionally, the C.E.O. will yell "FORE!" which is the indicator for Toons to hop off whichever device they are on. The C.E.O. launches several golf balls in all directions dealing high damage to Toons. The only way to dodge it is to not be on a golf tee or a table. However, walking into the golf balls shot can also deal damage even if you are off a device. The C.E.O. may also move around near your table (if you are using the Seltzer Bottle) and cause it to collapse, dealing damage to you. Pay attention to when he is close and don't be afraid to jump off. Leaving a device will temporarily disable it for a few seconds.
Additionally, snacks are available on each conveyor belt throughout the battle that heal Toons for various amounts. These quantities can become scarce quickly, so try to avoid grabbing them at a safe Laff amount.
Ending
Once the C.E.O. reaches 0 health, he will be demoted into a Flunky. All Toons who survived until the end will do the battle victory dance and receive their Pink Slip and Unite rewards.
Note: The C.E.O. being demoted into a Flunky is not considered canon in the Corporate Clash universe despite being displayed in game.

Defeating the C.E.O. will reward Toons with the following:

Trivia
A chief executive officer is a person who is ultimately accountable for a company's business decisions.
In the "Lawfice Space" comic, the C.E.O. is seen wearing the Bossbot's standard suit as opposed to his natural colors.
He is usually not seen in other comics wearing this brown suit.
This is the only boss fight that does not contain Skelecogs.
Prior to the v1.1.0 Update, the C.E.O. had a different texture for his suit.
Before the v1.2.5 Update, when the C.E.O. went into "Reorganize" and "Downsize" phase, he would permanently disable the conveyor belts and stop them from producing more snacks entirely.
In the C.E.O.'s office (which Toons gain access to via The Directors fight), there are two encrypted documents.
The document on his desk can be decoded using an atbash cipher which encodes the message with the reverse of the alphabet.
The document in the trash can can be decoded using a Vigenere Cipher with the key "alconfidenti" for the first half of the page and "fidentialcon" for the second half. The suit name at the top of the document is decoded using the key "confidential".

Ms. Morsecode has been nothing but a strong asset since her hiring.
She is always confident and prepared for any situation that arises in the Lawbot department, as products sold under C.O.G.S. are considered safe and free of legal issues.
However, it's been found that certain legal expenses, such as the new Litigation Team, have proven to be somewhat excessive.
Ms. Morsecode should consider encouraging employees under her jurisdiction to be much more strict in pursuing legal action against employees performing unlawful acts within the company.
The Ambulance Chasers in particular would be great for suing those whose negligent actions have caused workplace-related injuries to their fellow employees - generating great amounts of revenue from personal injury settlements.
